How long does my order take to ship?

Any Order can take up to 7-14 Days to ship. Every order will receive a tracking number and an estimated delivery time. Any order that exceeds the 14 day limit qualifies for a refund. Their is an acception for commission orders as the timelines are all subject to vary and change. If you have not received an update on your order, please do not hesitate to Contact Me.

Do you offer international shipping? 

I am currently working on expanding our capabilities to handle international shipping. As I receive orders from new regions, I am committed to ensuring that everyone who discovers our art has access to it. In the event that I am unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I work to serve you better.

What is your return policy? 

All digital sales are final, but we welcome you to leave a review through the contact form. For commissioned work, returns and refunds are contingent upon the condition of the commission. If the commission is lost or damaged, you may receive a 50% refund, with the initial 50% down payment being non-refundable. The commission must be returned to qualify for this refund. If you are dissatisfied with a commission, it must be returned in the same condition it was sent out to be considered for a refund. Please note that shipping costs are not covered. In the event that I am unable to complete a commission, you are entitled to a full refund.
