What Is Conscious Creation?

I recently adopted this saying in 2020 as the world began to shut down due to covid. My whole view on creation shifted.

“ Conscious creation in art refers to the intentional and deliberate process of creating art that reflects the artist's inner world, values, and perspectives. It involves being fully present and aware during the creative process, allowing the artist to tap into their subconscious mind and bring forth unique and meaningful works.”

Practice self-awareness to understand your emotions, motivations, and energy as they influence your work. This is the main way to become more conscious throughout the process. Ensure your creations align with your personal beliefs, ethics, and what you stand for. Do not do anything you don’t want to do.

What are the Values of a Conscious Creator?

1. Creativity with a Purpose

2. Connection to Nature and Spirit

3. Sustainability and Upcycling

4. Empowerment Through Art

5. Lifestyle, Care, and Growth

Being a conscious creator allows you to connect more deeply with your work and audience. It ensures that your creations not only fulfill your creative desires but also contribute meaningfully to the world, leaving a legacy that aligns with your highest self.
