1. Ownership of Artwork

All artwork, illustrations, designs, graphics, videos, digital files, and written content (“Artwork”) featured on this website, social pages, or products are the exclusive intellectual property of [Javon Angela / Javon Angelas Art Studio].
All rights are reserved under U.S. and international copyright laws.

No copyright is transferred to the buyer unless explicitly stated in writing and signed by the artist.

2. Personal vs. Commercial Use

Personal Use

You may:

• Purchase artwork or prints for personal enjoyment
  
  
• Share my artwork on social media with clear credit and no modifications
  
  
• Use images of purchased artwork for personal display
  
  

You may NOT:

• Alter, edit, trace, or use my imagery as a base for your own artwork
  
  
• Reproduce my artwork in any form (digital or physical)
  
  
• Remove my signature or watermark
  
  

Commercial Use

Commercial use is strictly prohibited unless a formal, written licensing agreement is approved beforehand.

Commercial use includes:

• Selling products using my artwork
  
  
• Using my artwork in marketing, branding, advertising, or merchandise
  
  
• Uploading my artwork to print-on-demand platforms
  
  
• Using my artwork to train AI models
  
  
• Using my artwork for business promotions or paid content

3. Digital Downloads & Prints

If digital files are purchased:

• They are for single-person, personal use only
  
  
• They may not be shared, resold, redistributed, uploaded, or used commercially
  
  
• Derivative works are not allowed
  
  

If prints or originals are purchased:

• Ownership of the physical item transfers to the buyer
  
  
• Copyright remains with the artist
  
  
• Printing, scanning, or reproducing the artwork is prohibited
  
  

4. Prohibited Uses

The following actions are not permitted under any circumstances:

• AI training or dataset usage
  
  
• NFT minting or blockchain-related usage
  
  
• Mass reproduction
  
  
• Claiming artwork as your own
  
  
• Removing credit, watermark, or signature
  
  
• Using my artwork to create your own commercial products
  
  
• Uploading my artwork to any AI image generator
  
  

5. Social Media Sharing

Sharing is allowed and appreciated when done respectfully.

You may share my work on social media ONLY if:

• Clear credit is given: “Art by [Javon Angela] @JavonAngela”
  
  
• The work is not altered, edited, or cropped to remove branding
  
  
• You do not claim the work as your own
